I am ever so grateful for the excellent service, as well as having the option when I purchased my used vehicle to buy the extended warranty on my 2003 Impala LS from Cars R Us. The vehicle has been more than a customer could ever dream of, as far as comfort and basically the excellent overall working condition of the vehicle. Also, Cars R Us has certainly been there for me the customer in a couple of incidents. I can't say anything, but good about Cars R Us and I am a very satisfied customer who will certainly buy my next car from them as well. Also, "A Special Thank You " to Reg my salesman and Tony in Service for always providing nothing but excellent service and excellent communication in every situation. Also, most recently on the prompt and excellent service given to me when I had to see just how good the extended warranty would be on my car, as I needed to get a rebuilt transmission. (This can be a stressful situation for anyone) The transmission company used for this particular job said "I have never had a claim open and be approved so quickly", as was the case in my situation. I would also like to thank Gary Shea for taking a few minutes of his time to listen to my story, which also gave me a chance to pass on positive feedback to him re: outstanding employees. Again, thank you Jamie for taking the time to give me all the informative information on the extended warranty at the time of my purchase.

Looking to purchase a used car? Recently I purchased a used ford escape from a dealer on Sackville Dr and within a couple of days I experienced transmission leakage .My request for repairs from the dealer were met with disrespect and a flat out refusal to do the repairs.I was escorted from the car lot and no responsibility was taken by the dealer. Left with no recourse to get repairs I called Gary Shea from Cars R Us to determine the responsibility for look after a used vehicle purchase only days before.Gary told me first thing I need to do was get the vehicle fixed.The repairs were performed by Cars R Us at NO COST TO ME.Don't make the same mistake of learning second hand where to find an honest,reputable and fair used car dealer .JUST GO TO CARS R US!!!!

We recently purchased a 2009 Honda Odyssey from Shane at Cars R Us, when I arrived on the lot I looked at the van then before I could even get back to my vehicle to grab my phone before going into the dealership to find a salesman, I was greeted by Gary Shea himself, that in itself very much impressed me. He greeted me and found out what I was interested in then promptly got Shane for me. Shane was fantastic, we received fair value for our trade and he and the finance team put my family into the van a day later at a price we were happy with along with a warranty option that we were quite happy with. We recently found out we are about to have a third child so with the stress of that the last thing we wanted to do was go shopping for a new vehicle. We looked at a few places for a new vehicle and we were not having much fun shopping around but I must say it was very easy at Cars R Us where you REALLY DO feel like family.

My family just purchased our dream vehicle from Shane and the cars R us family. Needless to say we love it.Drives and looks like brand new! Had a couple small issues after driving it for a day (nothing serious) my family and I were in Sackville that Saturday so we decided to take a stop in and see if anyone was around, I walked in the front door and looked to my left...there was Gary sitting on the couch as if he was at home in the living room. He said hello and asked me if everything was OK, I told him of the issues and it was like I was telling my Dad when I was young that my old car had problems. " Ya" he said. " Just bring her in on Monday and we will take care of it." No appointment? Just bring it in on Monday? That was the first time I had heard that at any dealership! I have bought several vehicles over the years... some good some bad. NEVER have i had the FANTASTIC service and support that I have received at this Dealership!! Annette and Jamie helped my family and I find the perfect truck that will serve as a family hauler as well as camper hauler! I have had 2 issues with the truck and they were willing and able to fix it before I could even arrange to be there... Not ONE hitch (except the one on the truck. lol) I will definately recommend and suggest they shop around, discover the horrible customer service and then COME TO THE BEST. Every time i bought a vehicle they put their sticker on the trunk/hatch and i have removed it right away... I would like your company to be the FIRST to STAY on my vehicle.. Just a quick note here to tell you how very pleased Kevin and I are since our trade in on the vechicle we purchased from you. When I hear the commercial stating that Gary would not put a car on his lot that he wouldn't put his own family in it is words that are so true. We have bought 2 cars now from you. The first one was a great car. We didn't keep it long though because after our daughter got her drivers permit we decided that it wasn't suitable for our needs anymore. I myself, am not a winter driver and i could see that i was passing the fear of driving in the snow to my daughter. We sat as a family and decided that the best thing for our needs was to try a 4 wheel drive. Well...we found what we were looking for there. We were still hesitant though as we had only had our previous car for less than 2 years. I need to stress that Reg and Nathan sat with us and were extremely patient with us. The service that we got from them both was like you would get nowhere else. Gary, you have great people there and being our second time dealing with both Reg and Nathan we would never consider looking elsewhere for our next car that we purchase.
